Very happy to announce we have just started working with PSR – Energy Consulting and Analytics in Barbados in the “Competitive Procurement Framework for Procurement of Utility Scale Renewable Energy and Storage”, project funded by the Inter-American Development Bank under the program “Support for the Design of Carbon Neutral Strategies in the Context of Energy Transition in Barbados”.
In the context of Barbados National Energy Policy 2019-2030 (BNEP) and the ‘Vision 2030 Natural Development Plan’, the consulting team will be responsible for establishing an end-to-end transparent and competitive procurement process that is suitable to the context of the country, supporting the national target of achieving 100% electrical generation from RE sources and carbon neutrality by 2030.
